During the beta period, we do not collect personal data beyond what is standard for any web visit. Specifically:

• Server logs (IP address, pages visited, timestamps) — retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes
• Google Analytics 4 data (page views, button clicks, aggregate usage) — only if you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner

We do not currently collect names, email addresses, or payment information. When subscriptions launch, this policy will be updated to reflect the additional data collected at that point.

Analytics (if accepted): to understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: consent.

No payments are currently processed. When subscriptions launch, payments will be handled by Stripe. We will update this policy at that point to reflect how payment data is handled.

We do not currently send marketing or service emails. When subscriptions launch, we will send a welcome email and optional scan alert emails to subscribers. We will not send marketing emails to non-subscribers or sell email addresses to third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties except:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Resend (email delivery)

Both are necessary for the service to function.

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. After that, your personal data is deleted from our systems. Anonymised, aggregated usage data (e.g. total subscriber count) may be retained indefinitely.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

The MATHed Betting dashboard uses URL-based token authentication, not login cookies.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on the landing page and dashboard to understand aggregate usage (such as page views, button clicks, and feature interactions). GA4 is only loaded after you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner.

You can decline analytics cookies at first visit. If accepted, analytics cookies may be set by Google. We do not use analytics for advertising personalisation.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Subscribers will be notified by email of material changes. The latest version will always be available at mathedbetting.co.uk/privacy.
